Return & Refund Policy
3.1 7-Day Sound Check
We want you to love what you hear. If your audio gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if the “Sound Profile” isn’t what you expected, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Hygiene & Condition
Due to the personal nature of in-ear products (earbuds):
- Earbuds: Must be returned in unopened, factory-sealed packaging for a full refund.
- Headphones: Must be returned in the original box with all accessories (cables, cases, adapters) and show no signs of physical wear or headband stretching.
3.3 Refund Processing
Once our audio technicians verify the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
